Please describe what was lost and where you think it was lost / forgotten? Please be as detailed as possible.
We offer 2 options for any items left behind:

1.) Option #1
You may leave a description here for the missing item. Our cleaning team will check for that item during regular maintenance. If the cleaning team is able to retrieve your item, we will mail the item to the address above.
There is no upfront fee for this service, however, we will charge for any postage and packing if items are found and returned.
Please be advised, we cannot give any timeframes or further information unless an item has been recovered and mailed out.

2.) Option #2
We will send somebody to the property and actively look for the missing item(s) depending on schedule. There is a upfront charge of $25 for that service, regardless if an item can be retrieved or not.
If items are recovered, we will charge postage and packaging to the credit card on file.

We are not having a staffed B&M office and everything is handled online. Therefore, we are happy to mail any items found back to you. However, we cannot provide pickup service for any items left behind.
