1.) I have an existing reservation (current or in future) or I am currently staying at one of the properties.

You can enter your request (changes, add services, support, damage reports) directly into our service system and it will get to the right person as fast as possible.

2.) I want to inquire about the availability of a property.

You can check real time availability, pricing directly on this website. And you can make a reservation in real time.
If you have further questions, please check our FAQs first as many answers are already waiting for you.

3.) Anything else

This is the standard inquiry form for all other things like marketing purposes etc. We kindly advise, that inquires related to reservations (new or existing) might get delayed when using this option. All inquires for reservations should be directed thru option #1 instead. This mailbox is not monitored in real time.
